The Project Manager will have software development experience and experience managing project teams. The Project Manager will have experience working in a matrix organisation managing dependencies between projects and integrated systems. Key Responsibilities. Manage medium to large sized projects and have a good grasp of project management principals. Manage multiple projects concurrently and independently manage scope, time and resources. Facilitate dialogue and identify risks while introducing mitigation strategies. Manage conflict and establish project communication plans. Manage software application, service and device projects. Key Requirements. College or University Graduate with 3 plus years experience. Experience managing software projects in a matrix organisation. Preferably have experience managing Agile and Scrum Teams. Project Management certification preferred. Self-motivated, problem-solver, good communicator.
