Unijobs DAC on behalf of our client are currently recruiting for a temporary fulltime position of an Administrator. The post will be 3- 6 months initially with the possibility of extension thereafter for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, eager to learn and have a strong background experience working in an office environment. You will be well presented and strive to achieve your goals on a daily basis. Key Accountabilities: Assist with day-to-day operations of a fast paced and changing environment. Provide clerical and administrative support to the senior administrator and provide assistance to the Manager if and when required. Administration of high volumes of important documentation. Meet customers and clients face to face and deal with a high volume of queries over the phone and via email. Deal with other members of the organization in a professional manner. Essential Requirements: Experience in a fast-paced office environment. Excellent administration and organisation skills and the ability to multi task. Proficient in the use of various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work on own initiative. Prior experience dealing with confidential information. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
