A Test Development Engineer is required for our Limerick Ireland based semiconductor client. This is an exciting time to be part of a growing design group working on leading edge products across multiple sectors. Working on new product Test Development of power controller devices to implement full test solutions from both hardware and software perspectives. Please contact Diarmuid Buckley for full details. THE ROLE: * Research the technical requirements, validate product performance characteristics, and develop test solutions for high volume manufacturing on the latest ATE technology. * Create a test development strategy, implement the full test solution from both hardware and software perspectives, acquire and perform statistical analysis of measurements, and perform full analysis of hardware and software solution wrt reliability and robustness. * Work as part of the new product development team, working closely with design, evaluation, application and product engineers. * Support production teams in activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering required. * 3-7 years relevant test engineering experience. * Demonstrable proficiency in electronics, software development in C/C and statistical analysis. * Familiar with PCB development software tools such as PADS or Dx Designer. * Experience with ETS364/800 testers desirable.
