DO you have Warehouse Experience, Forklift Licence & Own Transport and Able to Work in Limerick !!! Interviews taking place on FRIDAY. Hours of Work: Various on the early morning shift start time 3.30/4amM Start to 9-10 am. Monday to Saturday is essential (Saturdays are a MUST ) The overall purpose of this position is to assist the Dispatch Team lead in coordinating Dispatch activities in receiving warehouse completed orders and work with 3rd Party transport companies for vehicle arrivals and departures to fulfil customer orders. Organising dispatch activities to ensure all tasks are completed within target time frames of receipt and according to Good Distribution Practice and Standard Operating Procedures. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate with Warehouse, receipt of customer orders and facilitate 3rd party drivers to load vans and trucks on time. Point of contact for drivers when on the road if issues arise. Assist team lead / supervisor / manager in staff and drivers training were necessary, ensure training records are up to date. Liaise with warehouse supervisors and Team Leads, Retail, Hospital, Profitlines customer Service as required. Act as a primary point of contact for queries in your area and endeavour to ensure that similar queries do not reoccur. Escalate issues to the Dispatch Team Lead if queries cannot be solved. IT Skills are essential. Person Specification: Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative and work towards deadlines. Ability to work flexible hours as the job demands. Attention to detail and good follow through with a high level of accuracy. Strong focus on customer needs and customer service. Awareness of Health & safety and GDP requirements.
