Description

Corporate Receptionist/PA. Our client, a leading multinational services company based in Limerick city, are now actively recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/PA to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. This role is dual purpose to cover both reception/front office management duties, as well as acting as PA to 2 senior executives based out of the Limerick office. This is an ideal role for a dynamic, experienced professional to join a rapidly expanding multinational & take the next step in their career. Key Duties & Responsibilities : • Act as PA & key resource to 2 senior directors. • Manage front office/reception area including meeting & greeting of visitors, take ownership of room booking system & support staff on queries. • Support marketing teams on event/conference bookings. • Assist the finance team on collating staff invoices, expenses & petty cash. • Coordinate Travel arrangements for Limerick staff, as well as visiting staff from international offices. • Editing presentations for senior management as required. Skills/Experience Required : • 3rd level degree/qualification ideally. • At least 4-5+ years’ experience in a similar corporate/multinational level receptionist or PA position. • Detailed knowledge of booking for travel, events & conferences. • High level/advanced MS Office & presentation skills. • Excellent understanding of needs and management expectations. • Excellent attention to detail & ability to prioritise workload.
