Would you like to work within a busy Recruitment team in Limerick? CPL Limerick are looking to hire a Recruitment Administrator to support the contract & temporary teams. Working in a team environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties: • Uploading and formatting CVs to the IT system. • Reference check candidates prior to job offers. • Send out contracts of employment to new employees. • Database maintenance and auditing. • Set up temporary staff on payroll using salesforce system. • Be 1st point of contact for all temporary & contract employees with regards to logging hours worked & ensuring staff are paid correctly. • Provide Holiday balances to contract employees. • Deal with rate changes for employees & reissue new contract of employment. • Organise Garda Vetting for contract staff. • Gather & process Contractor Compliance & work closely with Compliance department with regards to contractor documentation. • Reception cover – phones, post, meet and greet candidates / clients & setup meeting rooms bookings. Suitable candidate should have the following requirements: Must have previous strong administration experiernce wtih exposure to payroll. • Organised with strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Integrity and confidentiality. • Strong numeracy & IT skills are essential. • Strong communication skills both written & verbal are critical.
