Branch Manager - Car Rentals. Munster Region. €Excellent DOE Plus Sales Bonuses. Our client is a market-leading car rental company in Ireland. They are now looking for a Branch Manager to join their passionate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated retail or car rental manager looking to take their next step with an award-winning company that’s rapidly growing. In this important role, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on the operation of one of our client’s busy branches and drive their team to new heights of success. As the Branch Manager, you’ll lead the operations, customer service, HR, administration and sales activities within our client’s branch in the Munster region. Coaching, training and motivating your team, you’ll ensure that all employees perform to the best of their ability and foster a strong focus on continuous development within your branch. Specifically, you will: - Develop new business opportunities for our client’s car rental solutions. - Ensure that fleet availability is monitored and controlled on a daily basis. - Oversee on-site valeting, ensuring that auditing standards are met. Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: - At least two years’ management experience in the car rental industry OR at least five years’ experience in a similar retail industry. - Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills. - Knowledge of MS Office. - A third level qualification. As the Branch Manager, you will have strong leadership, motivation and organisational skills, as well as a proactive, customer-focused approach. Great problem-solving abilities are also key.
