A hugely successful software solutions company based in Limerick has a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. The role: Taking complete ownership of this role, you will assist in supporting global sales teams and ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times. Experience in any of the following areas will be hugely beneficial to this role: Manufacturing, Validation, C & Q or Quality management. Day-to-day duties: Acting as the key Subject Matter Expert for the company and their products. Ensuring clients get the maximum value from their chosen products. Coordinating and performing professional services such as customer process mapping and implementation of new software, upgrades etc. Working closely with global sales teams. Essential Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Science. Background in Pharma, Biotech or similar An understanding of project management and processes such as Validation (including computer system Validation), Manufacturing and Quality management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills. Must have a positive nature, can-do attitude and be a team player. Customer orientated and capable of acting on own initiative. Strong MS Word, Excel skills. Strong IT proficiency. N.B: Some travel to the US / Europe will be required from time to time. Salary: Negotiable for the right person. Location: Limerick.
