Our client based in Raheen is seeking the following for a 12 month contract: Job Title: Project Associate/ Scheduler. Department: Raheen Project Management. Summary: Using advanced Project scheduling and management techniques and experience, the Project Associate (PA), schedules, manages and reports on appointed Raheen site wide Projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the schedule of appointed project(s). This involves weekly report out of the project schedules regarding overall progress, constraints and interdependencies. Develops working relationships with line managers and individuals within each functional group utilizing open communication skills. Chairing schedule workshops with cross-funcitonal teams. Implements tools (planning, reporting & analytical) used by the Raheen Project team. Using the folders/ organizational structure of shared databases, supports other operational processes/tasks as assigned. Functions as a project lead on Raheen Projects as required. Any other project work as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Education and Experience: Preferable bachelor`s degree in engineering or biological science. Experienced in working with Primavera P6 and MS project on the workfloor with >4 years experience in scheduling complex projects. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector will help integrating in the position. CAPM, PMP or Prince 2 certification is a plus. Knowledge and Skills: Action oriented and well organized. Demonstrates strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members with tact and diplomacy.
