Lead the Production team to ensure they are engaged and high performing with a focus on problem solving and team work. Build trust through effective leadership and the skilled application of people management processes and open 2 way communications. Responsibilities: Build team skills through skills assessment, training, feedback and support. Review relevant site policies and procedures. Facilitate and execute Continuous Improvement. Manage the availability of Labour against planned work. Monitor & Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness and identify bottlenecks in the process. Analyse and report performance metrics. Maintain product Quality and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines. Requirements: Experience of managing a team in a process environment. Experience working in a regulated environment. Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data. Excellent spoken and written English.
