Job Title Credit Controller
Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers in relation to overdue invoices and record as appropriate.
  • Deal with any relevant customer queries, liaising internally as appropriate, to ensure they are
fully resolved.

  • Continue to build relationships with relevant customers as assigned.
  • Participate in process improvement to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Produce monthly reports and support close process at month end.
  • Ad hoc duties as appropriate.
Skills

  • 3 years' relevant experience in a credit control role
  • Third level Diploma/Degree an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong systems experience and ERP experience advantageous
  • Excellent MS Office experience
