CEO – Not for Profit Sector. Our client, a long-established Limerick based organisation in the charity/not for profit sector are now undergoing a period of change & expansion on their service offerings so have engaged exclusively with Cpl on the hiring of a new CEO to lead the executive team. The Job :  As a key part of the overall leadership team & reporting directly to the Chairperson, you will be responsible for delivering on the vision, mission & strategic objectives of the organisation across the Limerick & wider mid-west region. You will oversee the development of existing service & support offerings, the implementation of new initiatives & help to guide the strategy & growth of the organisation in the years to come. More specifically you will have responsibility for monitoring & reviewing action plans, ensuring board level decisions are implemented across the organisation, handling & monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with sector & government codes of conduct, communicating with key external stakeholders & funding partners, providing guidance/mentoring to the operations staff & acting as the guiding voice of the organisation. Your Skills & Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline.  4-5+ years’ experience in a senior management level. Experience gained in the charity/not for profit sector (or related) would be a major advantage.   Strong strategic mindset & experience of implementing change & leading projects. Strong IT & financial knowledge. Proven leadership & people management ability. The Offer : The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications, of approx. €60-70k with some scope to go higher for an exceptional candidate. This role will be mainly office based & focused on the Limerick/Mid-West region so candidates must live in the region. Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
